Artefact Product Group LLC (operating as10,000ft.) has subscribed to and will comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield (the “Frameworks”) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the processing of Personal Information (as defined below) that is transferred from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. 10,000ft. has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles (the “Principles”). 10,000ft. created this Privacy Shield Policy to help you learn about how we handle Personal Information that is collected in the EEA and Switzerland and transferred to 10,000ft. in the U.S.

We obtain and process Personal Information in different capacities.
We commit to subject to the Principles all Personal Information received from the EEA and Switzerland in reliance on the Frameworks (which includes both types of activities).
When we process Personal Information on behalf of our enterprise customers, they determine the categories of data they upload in our systems and the purposes of the processing. Accordingly, customers are responsible for providing notice to individuals.
When we process Personal Information on behalf of our enterprise customers, we process and retain Personal Information as necessary to provide our services to our customers, or as required or permitted under applicable law.
We may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
You may choose to change your Personal Information or cancel an account by contacting us using the contact details below. You can also unsubscribe from our marketing communications by following the instructions or unsubscribe mechanism in the e-mail message.
We commit to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the EU and Switzerland in the context of the employment relationship.
