The Project Portfolio page in 10,000ft just got a big refresh to help you more easily see the projects details that matter most to you. Here are some ways you can use the updated dashboard.
1. See more details across projects by default
Instead of navigating to the schedule or running a report to get a quick list of projects, you can now see information across all projects - including custom project fields. This means that at a glance, you can see every project your team is working on with full details like Start / End Dates, Priority Level, Project Owner, Probability of Winning, and Billability.
2. Filter the list to easily answer questions like "Which of my high priority projects are at risk?"
Let's say it's the end of the month and you need to know if there are any risks with your high-priority projects that are wrapping up next month. From the drop down menu, you can select only the columns that matter, like End Date, Project Risk, Priority, and Project Owner.
You can then use the menu on the left to filter down the custom fields to Project Risk: At Risk, Priority: High, and Project Owner: Your Name to see a complete list of projects that fits these criteria.
3. Save filters to quickly access specific views (or share them with your team)
Once you've filtered the list, you can save the view to get back to the same group of projects with one click next time you log in. You can also set up shared views for your entire team to access from the Project Portfolio Page.
We hope this update makes it faster and easier for you to get the project information you need. And as always, we'd love to hear your feedback. Enjoy!
